Iran honors fallen Christian soldiers on Christmas Eve

TEHRAN – On December 22, on Christmas Eve, a ceremony was held to remember the Armenian Christian soldiers who were martyred during Iraq’s war against Iran in the 1980s. The ceremony was held at Ivan Shams Hall. The key guests at the event were Sepuh Sargsyan, the archbishop of the Armenian Diocese of Tehran, and Army chief Abdolrahim Mousavi.
